The discovery phase is all about understanding your needs and challenges. We get to know your current workloads, connectivity, versions, applications and sites. And we develop a deep knowledge of your business requirements, project deadlines and tolerance for disruption.

Then we join the dots. We ask: 'what's the destination – and what obstacles must be overcome to get there?'. Once we thoroughly understand your migration journey, we can proceed to the next stage with confidence.

2. Design

Crafting the blueprint.

The design phase means putting ideas on paper. It means taking everything we've learnt so far and working out how it all fits together. By the end of the phase, you'll have a robust design that meets technical and business requirements and captures all agreed design and validation decisions.
